A mansion in Louisville, Kentucky sold for one dollar. Bought by an architect, looking for a new place to inspire people by. He decided to turn it into apartments and asked the builders to get right to work.
This Mansion was on its way to a new look but after talking to the architect, this was going to be a rocky road for him and his builders. The house was in bad shape and in the words of the builders “ it should just have be pulled down”. With look of the new blueprints for the mansion, it was safe to say that it’s going look better soon
Having the new look coming for it is good. On where it is built there lies the problem the oldest cemetery was laid there and then was removed and the mansion was build and some have spoken to say that it is hunted and should not be build on again.
I think that this Mansion will be up and running in no time.
And the spirit problem will not be a worry to the people that stay there in the apartment's waiting to be built.
